Treatment Guideline
It is important to use your light consistently. Treatment Time for hair growth:10-20 minutes per session, 1-2 times per day. For brain therapy (must consult your physicians before use): 20-40 per session, 1-2 times per day, at least 5 times a week.

Effective wavelengths of near infrared light therapy include 750 nm to 1,400nm. The wavelength of the near infrared is more benefificial in treating deep wounds and relieving muscle and joint pain. 850nm and 980nm are common for near infrared light therapy. DGYAO adopts 880nm infrared led lights (invisible to naked light) and 660nm red led lights. The combination of red and infrared light increase blood circulation by thermal effect.

The NIR is the shortest wavelength and the most penetrating infrared ray, which can penetrate 5 to 10 mm of the human body tissues.

How to clean?

I think it MIGHT prevent more hair loss at best. If your JUST starting to thin or lose your hair it will help stop it it but if your looking to regrow hair where it’s gone it won’t do that. I used it for 1 year & noticed that where it was thinnest it filled in a little bit.

I am a long time user of procerin and it saved some of my hair from loosing. Recently I realized that whatever hair that is left on my head has become very thin and even some last thin strands of hair that I had on my crown are completely gone. Then I came to hear about DGYAO via an ad on google. Thought I would give it a try and started using it 5 months ago. I bought this product and started using it on Sep. 2021. Now almost 6 months later, a lot of my hair has come back.
Even after the first three months I was seeing some results.
An important fact to consider in this case is that I am taking medication to help block DHT. However the results I achieved are without using any hair growth medication such as Minoxidil or Rogaine.
This was only achieved through regular use of the system and taking DHT blocking medication such as finasteride.
In summary, I don’t know if my hair growth can only have been caused by the usgae of the DGYAO system or a combination of medication and usage or medicine, but the difference is definitely visible. I would say YMMV, in my case it seems to have worked so I will continue using it!

Have been using the DGYAO cap since Novenber 24th, 2021, am seeing good regrowth in the crown area, and the temple areas are filling in nicely, my crown area was bald and is now covered with new growth approximately 2 inches in length, I’ve also been using the hair pills and the growth serum about one month now, taking one supplement per day and using the serum approximately 3 x per week as they are pretty pricey. I’m quite pleased with the progress so far and will continue to post updates.

This is a relatively newer way to keep and grow your hair. Instructions state it may take about six months to fully see the results. I’m in month three and so far I do notice less hair loss. However, I don’t see new growth yet. Will keep using this helmet device and will patiently hope for good results. I took a star off for the bulky nature of this piece. Maybe the next generation will be more compact and easier to transport.
