                            How to use?
Place on calf or arm and secure straps. Plug into a electrical outlet. Press on/off switch to activate device. You can only see the red LED’s; the others are in the Infrared light spectrum and can’t be seen with our eyes. Auto-off time is 20 minutes and can be used multiple times per day.

                               Attention

1. People with heart disease heart or heart pacemaker can not use this light therapy system.

2. Pregnant women, skin-ulcers and alleric people can not use it.

3. Please be patient as it may take several weeks or longer to experience optimal relief. Effect may be different to different people as their conditions can be varied and complex.

***Note***
1. Less than 3 broken lights (total 208 lights) will not influence the effect of this light therapy. It still works well when there are three or less lights off.
2. Please make sure your skin is cool and dry when using the device.
3. Do not strike or step on the lights system for it may damage the lights.
4. Not intended use on face therapy.
5. Keep away from water and fire.
6. Use it 2-3 times a day, each time 20-40 minutes.

Q1: What should therapy feel like?
A1: You should feel mild warm-up and relax.

Q2: How often should I use the pad?
A2: You may apply it for 1-3 times per day, 20 minutes each time. Take a rest and drink some water to relax yourself before next following use.

Q3: Does it has both red and infrared lights?
A3: Yes. 104pcs near infrared lights + 104pcs red lights, total 208pcs.

A10: We recommends that you consult your primary care provider or physician when introducing Light Therapy. The LED’s would be targeting the head region of your body and not in the area of the pacemaker.
