Place on body and secure straps. Plug into a electrical outlet. Press on/off switch to activate device. You can only see the red LED’s, the others are in the Infrared light spectrum and can’t be seen with the human eye.
Treatment time is 20 minutes and can be used multiple times per day. Please pay attention to rest for 15-30 minutes between two treatment, drink water to replenish water, make the body dissipate heat, and then proceed to the next treatment.
When cleaning or collecting, please cool it for 15 minutes.

Q11:What situations should I not use the therapy?
A11:Pain which may benefit from heat can be relieved by red and infrared light therapy.But under some situation,do’NOT use the light therapy:
1.High Fever.Infrared light may increase the temperature of your tissue and can worsen fever.
2.Tumour &tuberculosis.Improper use of infraredradia tion may lead to more severe tumors.
3.Patients fitted with heart pacemaker can NOT use light therapy.
4.Acute soft Tissue Injury. Bruises, sprains,bruises, falls or sport injury cause ubcutaneous soft tissue torn bleeding or exudation.Do Not use light therapy within 24-48 hours, otherwise it will increase inflammation and swell.

Can feel how this heat penetrates beneath the surface providing noticeable relief for joint issues, muscle and nerve pain. Pleasant level of heat that can’t get uncomfortably hot. The cord is exceptionally long which allows easy placement on either sides of bed or sofa. On/off switch seems too far away from the device, longer than arm length, but inconvenience worth it to have this product. Wish this product was also in a shoulder wrap variety because that is hard to accomplish without laying on it and having one side supported by pillow. It can wrap around knee but not really made for that area. Large heated/light area and velco band can accommodate going around a larger torso size. Velcro secures nicely but doesn’t take someone else’s help to get it off like some do. Been recommending this product to others with chronic and acute pain.

When I bought this, I had no delusions that one could or should walk around while wearing this. I just wanted a versatile red/IR wrap, that I could use anywhere on my body. This device works and seems to be well-built. I’ve owned it for 9 months. I sometimes wrap it tightly, for instance around my wrist, and sometimes use it flat. This is everything I hoped it would be.

I cannot quantify pain relief. I vigorously exercise, and I have some mechanical deformities. The better I feel, the harder I push myself. I also exercise therapeutically, with the goal of strengthening my most vulnerable parts. And, I take nicotinamide riboside. So, there’s no way I can tell whether or how much the lights help. What I do know is that I feel the light energy penetrate my flesh, and I’ve been able to greatly strengthen the weakest links in my body.
